Q: AS FOUNDERS AND LEAD DESIGNERS, WHAT WOULD YOU SAY ARE EACH OF YOUR AREAS OF EXPERTISE THAT TRANSLATE TO CREATING BEAUTIFUL HOMES?

A: One of our greatest strengths as a firm is that we have two creative directors who work on every project collaboratively. While we each have our own creative process and aesthetic, we continually question each other's work, which elevates the final product. Beyond the creative process, there are so many other aspects that go into creating beautiful homes. Oshri has an eye for detail and is amazing at balancing all of the moving parts of the design process while Jillian loves getting her hands dirty at job sites during the construction phase of our projects.

Q: ACROSS YOUR ENTIRE PORTFOLIO YOU'VE ADDED WALLPAPER TO EFFORTLESSLY TRANSFORM A ROOM. DO YOU HAVE TIPS FOR CHOOSING WALLPAPER THAT IS TIMELESS?

A: If you want something to stand the test of time we recommend textural neutrals anywhere from grasscloth to muted animal prints. We also recommend vinyls in bathrooms as they stand up to humidity. That being said, small spaces are the perfect place to go beyond your comfort zone. Don't be afraid to go for bold colors or funky prints in a hallway or powder room.

Q: HOW DO YOU OPTIMIZE STORAGE IN SMALL BATHROOM SPACES?

A: Vanities are the obvious place for storage but you can also add storage via a medicine cabinet or on the wall above a toilet with custom millwork that is both beautiful and functional.

Q: HOW DO YOU NAVIGATE CHOOSING THE CORRECT SIZE MIRROR FOR A BATHROOM VANITY?

A: Every bathroom is different. The lighting choices, the width of the vanity, the height of the ceiling and the overall design of the room all factor into how we determine the mirror size. Sometimes it's fun to go ultra narrow and tall, other times we like going oversized. It just depends.
